AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice care.

You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners while driving hospice sales and educating referral sources about our services. You will collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop outreach plans and ensure referrals smoothly transition into care, always prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and family support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and community groups.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing referrals and increasing program awareness.
• Conduct presentations and in-services educating partners on hospice benefits.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop community outreach plans.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care.
• Participate in training and outreach planning while maintaining confidentiality.
