Qualifications

• 7 years related experience in transportation/project management is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license are required.
• Master's degree and PMP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of transportation projects, from concept to close-out.
• Manage multiple projects, keeping quality high, budgets on track, and deadlines met.
• Build lasting relationships with local clients and stakeholders.
• Take the lead in meetings, design sessions, and strategic planning.
• Oversee staffing and coordinate workloads to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Ensure strong project performance through smart financial tracking and QA/QC practices.
