Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager in Honolulu to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to close-out on Hawai‘i infrastructure projects. You will manage multiple projects, ensure on-budget execution, and maintain strong client relationships with an emphasis on QA/QC and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 7 years related experience in transportation/project management is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license are required.
• Master's degree and PMP certification are preferred.

• Manage multiple projects, keeping quality high, budgets on track, and deadlines met.
• Build lasting relationships with local clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee staffing and coordinate workloads to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Ensure strong project performance through smart financial tracking and QA/QC practices.

• A minimum 2 years project management experience
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills
