Job summary

Norm Reeves Honda of Vista is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead both new and used vehicle sales at our Vista, CA dealership. This on-site role focuses on driving volume, profitability, and a performance-driven sales culture in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee pricing, inventory, and merchandising while collaborating with Finance to optimize deal structures and close rates. A strong background in F&I, CRM, and digital retail tools is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive sales management experience required.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skills.
• Strong F&I knowledge with proven ability to structure deals and maximize backend gross.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software (e.g. Conquest).
• Honda/Import brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive volume, gross profit, and market share growth
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deal structure and closing performance
• Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to process and performance standards

We are currently seeking an experiencedSales Managerto lead new and used vehicle sales operations at our high-performing Honda dealership in Vista, CA.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used car volume, maximizing profitability, and developing a strong, performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operations
