Job summary

The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in Vista, CA is seeking an automotive sales professional to guide customers through the vehicle buying process. You will greet, qualify, and present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate to close sales while ensuring satisfaction.

Location: Vista, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $60,000-$180,000

Norm Reeves Honda Vista is looking for a motivated customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing sales team. If you're driven, personable, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business
• Stay current on inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Stay current on upcoming model enhancements, Honda Training and incoming Preowned Inventory

What You Need

• Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High Energy, Self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid CA Sales License (No Sales License? No worries we can guide you!)
• Ability to work evenings/weekends
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
