Job summary

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Call Center Associate with a year of customer service experience to engage homeowners and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants. No cold calling, with bonuses and growth opportunities.

On-site work required with some work-from-home eligibility after one year. Candidates should be within commuting distance of Northborough, MA and comfortable in a goal-driven environment with coaching and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Weekend availability required (shift differential pay available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a goal-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathetic listening and a professional communication style.
• Motivated by performance goals and open to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Address questions and concerns while helping customers identify the best next steps for their home projects.
• Accurately identify each customer's unique home improvement needs.
• Meet individual and team performance goals with the support of ongoing coaching and training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand.
