Esler Companies is seeking a proactive Call Center Associate to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants. You will deliver excellent service, address questions, and guide customers toward suitable home improvement solutions.

The role emphasizes goal-driven performance, coaching, and growth within a team that values customer experience. A commute to the Northborough, MA office is required, with some work-from-home eligibility after one year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Weekend availability required (shift differential pay available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a goal-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathetic listening and a professional communication style.
• Motivated by performance goals and open to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Address questions and concerns while helping customers identify the best next steps for their home projects.
• Accurately identify each customer's unique home improvement needs.
• Meet individual and team performance goals with the support of ongoing coaching and training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand.
