The ideal candidate excels in relationship-driven sales, demonstrates strong communication, and can work Saturdays. Base salary plus commissions offer unlimited earning potential, with a focus on integrity and customer service.

Qualifications

• Relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience is preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift furniture up to 75 lbs.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate the construction process for customers.
• Set appointments and convert inquiries into visits.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to buyers to add value.
• Maintain customer files and follow up in the CRM.
• Support merchandising and inventory presentation as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
