Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate construction.
• Set appointments and convert calls/leads to visits.
• Provide product demonstrations and highlight features/benefits.
