Job summary

Clayton Retail in the United States is seeking a Home Consultant to create a world-class home buying experience. You will help customers identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate the construction process from showroom to move-in.

This role rewards relationship-driven sales, requires strong communication, and willingness to work weekends. You’ll represent Clayton’s brand with integrity, demonstrate homes, set appointments, and collaborate with a team to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
General understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify floor plans and options with customers and guide the selection process.
Coordinate construction process and scheduling with buyers.
Demonstrate model homes and features to create added value.
Set appointments through prospect database and web leads.
Participate in sales meetings and company functions.
