Job summary

Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, retail sales experience, and willingness to work Saturdays; base salary of $50k plus commission and extensive earning potential through a performance-driven plan. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and within a retail environment.
• Willingness to obtain manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process.
• Present homes and demonstrate features to drive interest and sales.
• Set appointments from databases and generated leads and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain customer files in the CRM and provide timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with team and participate in sales meetings and trainings.
