Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers to their future home by helping identify floor plans, select options, and coordinate the construction process. You will create a world-class home buying experience and demonstrate features to potential buyers.

The role includes setting appointments, following up with prospects via the CRM, and collaborating with team members. It offers a $50k base salary plus commission and opportunities for growth within Clayton Retail.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship driven B2C sales preferred
• General understanding of the retail environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying a floor plan and selecting options
• Coordinate the construction process and oversee the home buying journey
• Set appointments and convert inquiries from ads or web leads
• Demonstrate features and benefits of homes to customers
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up via CRM
• Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities and company events
