Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience.
• Set appointments and convert inquiries into visits.
