Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the home construction journey, delivering a premier buying experience. You will leverage a CRM to nurture leads, schedule visits, and coordinate next steps with the build team.

The role emphasizes relationship-based sales, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays in a fast-paced retail home-center setting with full-time benefits and a competitive commission plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Understanding of retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by guiding customers through floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process and scheduling with customers.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers using the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and company-sponsored training.
• Maintain retail appearance and assist with inventory and model decoration.
