Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate features and benefits of homes to customers.
• Present potential buyers with display homes and assist in the decision process.
• Set appointments from leads and convert inquiries into visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers using the CRM system to maintain relationships.
• Merchandise model homes and assist with inventory as needed.
