Taylor Morrison, Inc. is seeking a Community Warranty Manager I in Phoenix, AZ to deliver excellent homeowner service and support the Customer Service department.

You will manage warranty scheduling, inspections, and ticketing through BuildPro, acting as the primary liaison for warranty issues, and ensuring timely, neat, and professional service. The role requires knowledge of the Warranty Program, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and travel locally to meet homeowners.

Formación

• High School Graduate with 18+ months of customer service experience; residential construction preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to travel locally to meet homeowners.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Become proficient in scheduling through BuildPro.
• Conduct warranty inspections and warranty work per TM procedures.
• Be the primary contact for customers with warranty issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand Taylor Morrison Warranty Program and Homeowner Maintenance.
• Provide high level of service to customers and service representatives.
• Input warranty tickets and inspections into BuildPro; distribute to contractors.
• Manage escalated calls and visits; document and follow up to closure.
• Administer warranty processes, including claim analysis and follow-up.
• Provide weekly tracking of outstanding warranty work orders to the field.
• Complete customer service requests timely and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide minor repairs by hand as needed.
