Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in a customer service role; 1 year in residential construction preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems.
• Time management skills and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspections and warranty work in Buildpro.
• Act as primary contact for homeowners regarding warranty issues.
• Understand and apply Taylor Morrison Warranty Program and maintenance requirements.
• Administer warranty tickets and track progress to closure.
• Provide weekly updates on outstanding warranty work orders using Excel.
• Perform minor repairs by hand as needed.
