Job summary

Taylor Morrison, Inc. is seeking a Community Warranty Manager in Florida to deliver exceptional homeowner service and manage warranty tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

You will support the Customer Service department, perform data entry in BuildPro, coordinate subcontractors, and assess warranty service items to ensure timely, compliant repairs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; 18+ months in customer service; 1 year in residential construction preferred.
• Familiarity with residential construction processes.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into BuildPro and manage warranty tickets.
• Review homes per warranty procedures.
• Address homeowner concerns promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Document escalation and track closure of each claim.
• Provide weekly status updates to the Warranty team.
