The role requires data entry into BuildPro, coordinating subcontractors, assessing warranty requests in person, and maintaining meticulous records while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the Warranty Program.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel to local homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a customer service-related position with 1 year experience in residential construction preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to travel locally to meet with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage warranty data in BuildPro and related systems.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for warranty repairs at homes.
• Assess and respond to homeowner warranty concerns promptly and accurately.
• Visit homes to verify service requests and ensure validity of warranty items.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on warranty status and close out claims.
