You will manage warranty scheduling, inspect homes, and be the primary contact for warranty issues, ensuring timely, neat, courteous, and professional work under Taylor Morrison's Warranty Program. You will input warranty tickets in Buildpro, distribute to contractors, track progress weekly, and follow up to closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of customer service experience with 1 year in residential construction preferred.
