Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage a high-volume fulfillment team, leverage Home Shopping technology, and partner with store leaders to optimize inventory and service levels in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily fulfillment operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and stock issues.
• Hire, train, coach and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.
