Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up/delivery experience and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment: picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and handheld devices.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and peak demand.
• Collaborate with department leads on inventory availability and shortages.
• Hire, train, and develop associates; foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
