• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance metrics like order accuracy, pick rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with volume and productivity.
• Partner with leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
