Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

In this role you’ll manage high-volume fulfillment, coach a team, and maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards. This position requires flexibility, strong leadership, and hands-on execution.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Home Shopping Department to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and a customer-focused experience.
• Deliver exceptional pick-up and delivery experiences while professionally resolving substitutions, concerns, and refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor key metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.
