You will manage order accuracy, pick/pack/delivery workflows, and coach a team to meet performance targets while ensuring safety and compliance. This role emphasizes fast‑paced, high‑volume fulfillment with a focus on digital sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fulfillment operations in a retail or online order context.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Able to plan schedules and optimize labor in peak times.
• Familiar with store systems and handheld fulfillment tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver pick‑up/delivery experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment (picking, staging, dispensing, delivery).
• Monitor metrics: order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, satisfaction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop associates; foster a positive team culture.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards.
