You will manage high‑volume digital order fulfillment, coach and develop associates, and partner with store leaders to optimize inventory and service levels in a fast‑paced environment. This role emphasizes safety and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or Home Shopping operations preferred.
• Strong customer-service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Effective people management, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to manage work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily Home Shopping Department operations, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
