Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

In this fast-paced, hands-on role you’ll manage high-volume fulfillment, coach and develop associates, and partner with store leaders to optimize inventory and leverage Home Shopping technology for a seamless customer experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Dept operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Deliver pick-up/delivery experience, resolve substitutions and refunds professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment: picking, staging, dispensing, delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping tech, handhelds, and systems.
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor, satisfaction.
• Create schedules aligned with volume, peak demand, productivity.
• Partner with leaders to address inventory, out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, develop associates; foster positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
