Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Deliver a best-in-class pick-up and delivery experience while addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance metrics like order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion and labor efficiency.
• Create schedules aligned with order volume and productivity expectations.
• Partner with leaders to resolve inventory availability impacting orders.
• Hire, train, and coach associates while maintaining a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
