Albertsons Companies seeks a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely orders, and drive customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. The role combines hands‑on leadership with a focus on scalable processes and team development.

You will manage high‑volume fulfillment, utilize Home Shopping tech, and collaborate with store leaders to optimize inventory and service levels while maintaining food safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
