As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking a Dispatcher to manage customer calls, prioritize service needs, and assign technicians to solve home system issues. This in-office role reports to the Call Center Manager and offers a strong benefits package.

The ideal candidate has proven customer service experience, at least 2 years in dispatching, and excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and reassured throughout service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in outbound and inbound calls.
• At least 2 years of dispatching or scheduling experience (required).
• Experience in the home service industry (preferred).
• The ability to engage with customers and truly listen.
• Proficiency with basic communication tech (phones, computers, and the like).
• Ability to work independently and get things done.
• Knockout customer service skills and a positive attitude to match.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and get to the heart of what's going on at home.
• Prioritize the service needed and assign a service technician.
• Walk clients through what services they may need, and why.
• Schedule technicians to tackle customer needs head-on.
• Give customers a clear timeframe for when to expect their technician.
• Make sure every customer need is handled promptly and respectfully.
• Keep detailed records of customer calls and dispatching support tasks.
