Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred).
• Professional phone presence and strong communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM is highly preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service schedules and dispatch jobs efficiently.
• Pre-call customers and keep the dispatch board accurate and up to date.
• Track and follow up on open service tickets.
• Communicate closely with service managers and technicians to resolve field issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service through phone and digital communication.
