Qualifications

• Must report daily to the office; no remote work available.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the dispatch system and service platform.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on appointments.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and keep technicians productive.
