Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions for homes and small businesses.

You will service fire/CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, test signals with the central monitoring center, and work directly with customers to ensure reliable protection. A valid driver's license is required and a high school diploma is expected.

Responsibilities

• Service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control.
• Follow procedures for wired/wireless technology connections.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring.
• Assist customers by explaining protection at home and resolving issues.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions.
