Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions for residential and business customers. You will service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, while ensuring proper connections and system testing.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and service delivery for security systems.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record as a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Install, service and test fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers understand the protection in their home.
