Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and program security and site automation solutions for homes and small businesses.

In this role, you will service fire and CO detectors, network devices, hosted video solutions, and access control, ensuring proper communication with central monitoring. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience with ADT or similar systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read electrical and sprinkler plans.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire/CO detectors, networking, hosted video, and access control.
• Follow wired/wireless tech processes.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring.
• Provide customer service to help customers understand protection.
