Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and service existing security and site automation solutions. You will be the face of our home protection technology, diagnosing issues and communicating status to customers and the care center.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to read electrical and sprinkler plans, and a valid driver's license. You will work across installations, inspections, and repairs, ensuring reliable operation and customer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read building electrical and sprinkler plans as required for clearing equipment trouble
• Standing, stooping, lifting, climbing, crawling
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Locate and alleviate trouble with damaged equipment or wiring.
• Readjust equipment, repair or replace inoperative equipment and test for operation.
• Read blueprints, building and electrical plans in order to complete equipment repairs.
• Coordinate inspections and/or installations with police, fire departments, or other appropriate agencies.
