ADT seeks a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions for residential and business customers. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control while ensuring proper procedures and safety standards are followed.

Applicants should have service experience, technical aptitude, and strong verbal communication, with a customer-focused mindset and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience with security or automation service preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
