Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients toward homeownership. You will proactively promote Chase mortgage products and educate customers, while partnering with branch teams and community organizations to expand outreach and drive loan originations.

You will act as the home lending expert, navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring a positive customer experience from engagement to closing.

Qualifications

Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
Knowledge of local real estate market and the ability to build external referral sources and networks.
Track record of customer satisfaction as demonstrated in customer feedback.
Superior written and verbal communication skills for community outreach and education.
Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
Promote mortgage products to Chase and community customers, nurture a pipeline of customers not mortgage ready.
Act as internal/external mortgage expert and drive originations through external relationships.
Partner with the branch team, provide training, meet with customers, introduce clients to bankers.
Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and customer communications.
Serve as the single point of contact throughout the loan origination process and coordinate with partners.
