Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of mortgage sales experience with strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge; understanding of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral sources.
• Track record of customer satisfaction as shown in feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community outreach and education.
• PC skills in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community; educate those not mortgage ready until they can apply.
• Act as the mortgage expert to promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with the branch team; train on products and introduce new clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and programs.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the origination process from engagement to closing.
