Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and promote Chase home lending products within the community. You will be the primary contact for clients, collaborating with branch teams and external partners to grow loan originations while ensuring compliance with lending guidelines.

The role emphasizes building relationships, educating customers on financing options, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction as shown in scores and comments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for community outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community clients; educate until ready to apply.
• Act as mortgage expert and conduct activities to originate loans with external partners.
• Partner with branch team to train on products and introduce clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through direct mail, ads, cross-sell, and digital channels.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process and resolve issues from engagement to closing.
