Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage loan process, leveraging deep product knowledge and local market insight.

You will work with branch teams and community partners to educate and qualify customers for homeownership while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge, including FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks (realtors, nonprofits, community groups).
• Track record of customer satisfaction as shown in scores and comments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for homeowner education and outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community, developing a pipeline of not-yet-mortgage-ready clients.
• Act as internal/external mortgage expert to promote loan originations through external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, providing training and connecting clients to bankers for additional products.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell programs.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process, addressing concerns and coordinating with partners through closing.
