Join JPMorganChase as a Community Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. Leverage deep knowledge of home lending products while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

You will promote mortgage products within the community, build external referral networks, and collaborate with branch teams to originate loans and educate clients who are not mortgage-ready yet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to build external referral networks (realtors, nonprofits, community groups).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for homeowner education and outreach.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community, educating non-mortgage-ready clients until ready.
• Act as mortgage expert to originations through external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, training staff and introducing new clients to bankers.
• Create outstanding customer experiences through marketing and outreach while managing the loan process from engagement to closing.
