Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process, providing expert knowledge of home lending products and regulatory compliance. You will cultivate relationships, educate customers, and collaborate with branch teams to drive mortgage originations.

You will advocate for customers, maintain product knowledge, and address concerns from initial engagement to closing, ensuring an outstanding experience and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related experience.
• Five years of mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral sources.
• Proven customer satisfaction track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for community outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and community; educate and counsel non-mortgage-ready prospects.
• Act as mortgage expert; promote loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with branch team; train on products and services; introduce clients to bankers.
• Create a standout customer experience using marketing and outreach tools.
• Serve as single point of contact through the loan origination process and coordinate with partners to close.
