You will perform installation tasks, diagnose network issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects safely.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust as needed.
• Educate customers on products, services and settings.
• Document work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, meters, and light power tools safely.
• Work at heights up to 26 ft on ladders, roofs, poles, or lifts.
• Drive company vehicle with a valid license and be punctual.
• Complete training, certifications, and licensing within timeframes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Meet or exceed performance and safety standards.
