Comcast is seeking an entry-level broadband installer to join our field team. You will perform residential installations, troubleshoot connectivity, and set up home networks in customers’ homes and neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliability.
• Educate customers on products, services, and device use.
• Document work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
