Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety and electrical codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks using coax, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi per customer needs.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust as needed.
• Educate customers on products, services, and equipment usage.
