Job summary

Comcast is seeking an entry‑level broadband installation technician to install and troubleshoot voice, video and data services in customers’ homes and neighborhoods.

You will perform residential installs, document work, and maintain equipment while following safety procedures and company policies. The role requires physical work, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete training and certifications.
• Comfort with field installation work in customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations and service changes following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install home networks using coaxial, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and report safety concerns promptly.
• Work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Drive company vehicle and maintain license.
