Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes and disconnects following safety and code requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network to customer equipment to ensure service quality.
• Install and support basic home networks using coax, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi per customer needs.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Drive a company vehicle and complete required training and licensing within set timeframes.
