Amerita, part of the BrightSpring Health Services family, seeks a RN Infusion Nurse to deliver home-based infusion therapy. You will assess patients, administer IV medications, and coordinate care with families and providers in patients' homes.

This PRN role requires a valid RN license, CPR certification, and willingness to travel 100% to patient homes in PA/NJ. Competitive pay in the US$51–55 per hour range plus comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; infusion/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel 100% to patient homes.

Aufgaben

• Assess all patients and establish/execute the Plan of Care.
• Administer infusion therapies and manage IV access.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapies and self-care.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy, providers, and families.
