Job summary

Amerita, part of the BrightSpring Health Services family, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support 1:1 infusion care in patients' homes. The role requires nursing licensure, infusion experience, and willingness to travel to patient residences.

You will assess patients, develop plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy delivery. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Infusion and home health care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel 100% to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses all patients assigned and establishes a Plan of Care.
• Adheres to policies for infusion nursing, pharmacy services and state laws.
• Complies with INS/IgNS standards and CDC guidelines in practice.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, sales partners, ordering providers and patients.
• Documents patient care in place of service records.
• Manages vascular access devices and peripheral infusion procedures.
• Educates patients and caregivers on therapies.
• Coordinates nursing care with home health and community agencies.
• Participates in on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Completes expense reports and mileage logs monthly.
• Completes annual competencies and mandatory trainings.
